Service Terms & Conditions

At Legends Agile Security & Chauffeur Services, we value professionalism, punctuality, and your peace of mind. Please review our basic service terms below:

1. Service Duration: All bookings are based on an agreed number of hours. Time starts when our personnel or vehicle arrives at the client’s designated location.
2. Overtime Policy: If the service extends beyond the booked duration, additional time will be billed at the standard hourly rate. Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments.
3. Booking & Confirmation: A deposit or confirmation fee may be required to secure bookings. Final balance is payable before or immediately upon service delivery.
4. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time may attract a 50% charge.
5. Conduct & Safety: Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward our team. For chauffeur services, smoking, intoxication, or property damage in the vehicle will result in immediate termination of service.
6. Liability: While we take every precaution for safety and reliability, Legends Agile Security & Chauffeur Services shall not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen events such as traffic, weather, or security restrictions.
